1. About these terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of havenlyvh.com (the "Site"), operated by Havenly Vacation Homes ("Havenly", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Bookings are made through Airbnb
The Site displays our portfolio of short-term rental properties for information purposes. We do not take reservations or payment on this Site. Every property links out to its own listing on Airbnb, and all bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Airbnb under Airbnb's own terms of service and each listing's stated house rules and cancellation policy.
Nightly rates, availability, minimum stays, guest limits, fees and taxes shown on Airbnb are authoritative. Where information on this Site differs from the live Airbnb listing, the Airbnb listing governs.
3. Property information and imagery
We take care to describe and photograph our properties accurately. Photography is representative; furnishings, layouts, landscaping and surrounding views may change over time. Descriptions, amenities and specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice.
4. Guest conduct and house rules
Guests are responsible for complying with the house rules of the property they book, applicable local ordinances (including short-term rental, noise and occupancy regulations), and any HOA or community rules that apply. Guests are responsible for damage caused during a stay beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Property management and consulting services
Any property management, consulting, staging or operational services we provide to property owners are governed by a separate written agreement between Havenly and the owner. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, a guarantee of results, or investment, tax or legal advice. Performance figures described on this Site are historical and are not a promise of future results.
6. Intellectual property
The Havenly Vacation Homes name, logo, site design, text and photography are the property of Havenly Vacation Homes or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this material without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites, including Airbnb. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havenly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Privacy Notice
What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form on this Site, we collect the name, email address and message you provide, along with the enquiry category you select. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about.
Our web host may collect standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and correspond with you about it.
- To provide guest services or owner services you request.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, and only as needed to do so.
Bookings made on Airbnb
When you follow a link to one of our Airbnb listings, any information you provide there is collected by Airbnb under Airbnb's privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, contact robb@havenlyvh.com.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and to meet our legal obligations.

Our commitment
Havenly Vacation Homes is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we've built in
- Semantic HTML structure with landmark regions and a logical heading order.
- A "skip to main content" link as the first keyboard stop on every page.
- Full keyboard operability, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Text and background colour combinations that meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and empty alt attributes on decorative ones.
- Form fields with persistent visible labels, required-field indication in text as well as colour, and helper text linked programmatically.
- Links that open in a new tab announce that fact to screen reader users.
- Support for the operating system's reduced-motion preference and for high-contrast modes.
- Layouts that reflow without loss of content at 200% zoom and at 320px viewport width.
- Touch targets of at least 48 × 48 pixels.
Known limitations
Property booking, availability and payment take place on Airbnb, which is a third-party platform outside our control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of pages hosted by Airbnb. If you encounter a barrier there and would like to book with us, contact us directly and we will assist you personally.

If you have difficulty using any part of this site, we want to hear about it and we will work to fix it. Email robb@havenlyvh.com with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days, and we will offer the information or service you were seeking in an alternative format in the meantime.
